French Safe Sex PSA

I have this thing for animated French commercials. This is a safe sex public service ad. Nothing like this could ever air here in the states. The honest and simple acknowledgment that some people are gay, that they're born that way, that over the course of a lifetime humans often have sex with more than one person, the graphic depiction of sex, the portrayal of people using condoms ... these things would make fundy & neocon heads explode. Alll the more reason to air them in my opinion.

That is the funniest thing I have seen in a long, long time...I could just hear the shrieks of horror if that were to air here in the states...there would be the largest protest this nation has ever seen!!! I'd love to be the one to sneak it onto the airwaves! ;-)

That was a hoot.

Thought it was interesting that the music was in English.

Back in my younger days, whenever I traveled in Europe, I was always amazed how acceptable sex and lovemaking was in their mass medias and how relatively unacceptable violence was. (Especially in Scandinavia) Explains a lot...
