I'm apt to have pieces of art laying about the house, usually things I have bought for a certain project and have had delivered to home until I need to take it to the site where I'm working. So anyone who visits me on a regular basis is likely to see something a little bit "out there" in a few rooms of the house.

My very blonde friend just visited and in the hallway I have a 20 metre roll of bubble wrap, for sending some art work out later in the week. It's a large cylinder, about a metre high and a metre across, it has no wrapping on it, it is simply and obviously a giant roll of bubble wrap.

So Lucy looks at this bubble wrap and says, “wow, that looks amazing!”

So, as a joke, I say, “yes, it’s a new piece of art by an Italian artist called Packagini.”

“Cool,” she says, still none the wiser, “what’s the piece called?”

“Bubblini Wrapious.”

“Wow, I wish I had that much talent,” she replied.

It’s not talent you need to worry about my dear ….
