OFF The hook Sweet-Spicy~Tangy Mashed Yams..... DO IT!
Cut 4-5 lbs of yams into chunks then boil in a pot for 8-10 minutes
In a separate bowl~ juice two oranges, add a half a cup of coconut oil, 1 bunch of chopped cilantro, 3-5 chopped jalapeños, 2 tb salt and 1 inch of ginger chopped into bits.
~~~Mix together while mashing the yams..
