Catfish is the BOMB! I first met this guy in the desert (Burningman 2002) cooking for 500 workers, running the Commisary, and drinking like a ...well...Catfish! Carl Kopek had a live 50 LB lobster fresh from Maine. Catfish Mike had to weild a freaking sledgehammer to crack it, spraying those near with lobster shell and smegma. The dude is a true friend, awesome chef, and all around life of the party. Your missing out on some good times if you don't know this guy!!
