After peak oil and the big ice age strikes, I want Catseye in my tribe ... my real-space tribe. There won't be any more internet, cyberspace, online social networks, etc. There will just be physical survival; living by our wits. Catseye will be a welcome witchy wisdom woman, able to read the stars and the seasons, sensitive to the ground-sounds of oncoming hostile marauders, and knowledgeable of where to find clean water, trapable rabbits, digable grubs and clams. We'll get through this. Well, maybe not all of us.

Saturday night I underwent initiation into the Sorcerers' Guild. Most of the procedure took place in the Guild's astral Temple and is secret, of course, but I can say it was a very powerful experience.
