Shooter is an evil man. He is a harginger of the apocalypse. I don't know if he is more evil than his brother the Stud (hell, they may be equal)--he is also a body double for Lance Storm. He has a lot of supressed anger that he's kept built up since our high school days, and he no doubt takes it out on the denizens of Evansville, IN. As Shooter, he is a commentator without equal--he can give you the 411 on a situation, and detail the goings-on in a match much like the late NWA commentator Gordon Solly. Do not interrupt his promos because he can and will kick your ass. He has a collection of the most evil songs ever written in all manners of power metal and wicked clown.
