So this guy bought a scooter, registered it, then the DMV sent him a letter saying that they want their title back. Of course he wouldn't have to register it at all if it was under 50cc. Where did our reporter get his facts that a 125cc four stroke put out x-many times more pollution than an suv? I guess they needed to conduct this character assassination on an independent businessman to make room for more Starbucks.
