<div>WOW. I go to the Oregon Country Fair almost every year. This year we camped at Zumwalt (fun) but.... the most awesomest thing EVAR... we were fortunate enough to have Rachel AND Zoe AND Mardi on ALL THREE DAYS at the Gypsy stage for Oregon Country Fair!! Also, the ever-luminous Sharon K. joined us on Saturday. I can't BEGIN to tell you what an incredible treat this was, and anyone who was there knows that it was probably the most packed act at the whole fair... good luck getting in... or OUT!! Also, one of the most awesome and humbling parts of the experience was running into Rachel at the Fair and hanging out with her for like 15 minutes!!! Which isn't a lot, and most of it was spent trying to keep up with her (lordy she moves fast) it meant more to me than she'll ever know. Thanks, lovely ladies, for making the fair something I will cherish for the rest of my life. Next time... come party with me at night... you won't regret it!!!!:) PS. Thanks, Devon, for the photo!!</div>

										<div>Wow i look really... amazed in that photo. Well, I was:)
Ok. So I am posting Zoe and Sharon Kihara at the same time and they happened like a month and a half from each other... I just... don't blog. This is the first day I've blogged! DO you ever think that, unless you're famous, no one really reads your blogs? I think that. Like I know no one is reading this. So if you're basically doing it for yourself... it's kinda like talking to yourself. I think no one really reads blogs, people just like to hear themselves talk. And damn this is ironic because I am blogging about how stupid blogs are. ANYWAYZ....
Sharon Kihara totally rocked my world this last weekend, saturday and sunday, in Seattle. I went with my boyfriend this time, he was bored while i spent 10 hours in workshops but he got to go to the Pike Place market and stuff so it was good, and I had an INCREDIBLE time and learned some awesome stuff. I loved the great choreographies she taught and the music she exposed me to. I went off and downloaded most of it. She is so breathtakingly beautiful and so so so sweet... I totally wish she was like, my best friend. Spending time with her triggered me into reflecting my whole life as a dancer. I have been dancing for almost 6 years now. I started at Gypsy Caravan and am still there, and they have given me a wonderfully strong tribal background, so when I started getting heavy into Indigo stuff and going to Euphoria, I was more than prepared. I am very thankful for Gypsy and always will be... but I've found that I am more than ready to spread my wings and experience all the directions Raqs Sharqi can take, and Kristin at Euphoria has taught me more about Middle-Eastern music in two months than I ever learned at Caravan. I feel very embraced there to try new things, express myself and use my Indigo stuff!!!! I love all of you!!
Thanks Sharon, you kick ass! COme to TQNW plz!!!</div>

    </a>
										<div>I should have posted this a lot earlier... um, like when it happened... in August... but I hate blogging. I mean I hate the idea of it pretty much. Because I know no one is reading this. I believe writing is best when it comes from writers. ANYWAYZ....
I can't remember everything from the Zoe Seattle workshop, but it was AWESOME and I finally got a glimpse of how maybe perhaps even I could maybe one day might.... move like her a little bit? Anyways, when she came to tribal quest I knew I had to take advantage of her as much as possible while she was in the Pacific NW... I would drive across any state to see her:) So i am a total Zoe convert after that, of course... and Sharon too... dude, she grows on ya... and I got some GREAT music ideas from both of them!!! Thanks, Zoe! come back plz;)
