Winter has always been hard for me, depression wise, but this year it just kicked my ass. The blizzards didn't help etther, or the mid-life 'reflection' of just how much my life sucks. And when we do eventually face the skeletons should we be so bold as to expose them to the light for all to see? I have doubts, serious doubts and I am wondering if maybe, skeletons are better kept in the dark.
I am coming out of the closet, on an issue that I have personally known. For 43 years I have kept this secret, but due to this past years work on womyn's issues and children's issues, and the increasing in trafficking today, I have decided that I can and will no longer stay silent.
