First, contemplating October 8th, weeklong trip to west coast. Tenatively seeking classes and couches in San Diego, & Oakland/San Fran area.
Second, I am in my very first baby steps of daydreams and internet searches to making my way out there. MANY QUESTIONS like:

1) Where does "our tribe" live anyway?! Looking into artistic and relatively safe areas to apartment search throughout west coast as of now. Prefer areas thriving with tribal fusion and other dance forms. From LA to San Diego... Oakland, Berkely, San Fran, and San Rafael, etc.?

2) Expertise in Ballet. Beginning to create a class that mixes the stretches, postures, and strength of ballet and tribal fusion. Does anyone have advice on studios or dance companies that would be interested in such instruction?

3) Do you know of dance studios with semi-professional/professional training looking for resident choreographer or ballet instruction?

More questions swimming around but, this is a start.
