I have the ability to do work from home. With the pregnancy and knowing I wasn't going to be able to physically be in the office full time my boss and I agreeed it would be a good idea to set up the computer so I could do work from home. Since the car is going to cost me around 2 days pay to get fixed (so far as I'm figuring at this point) at least I won't loose an entire day of work to being stuck on stupid at home.

So I had to go buy a new cell phone yesterday and it turns out that sales tax is paid on the full retail price of the phone regardless of any discounts applied to the phone. So I paid $189 but had to pay sales tax on the $299 retail price. I'm rather pissed.
