I was just informed by my son Michael Rex 'Raging Bear' Mooney that a federal judge a couple of days ago refused to dismiss the temporary federal injunction that Oklevueha Native American Church of Hawaii filed against the United States Attorney General, United States Attorney of Hawaii and the Drug Enforcement Administration. This desire hearkens back to the time when earlier peoples wandered this land. Many feel that, with the decimation and marginalizing of those people, their religions and wisdom have disappeared.
