As some of you know I am a volunteer on the Sustainability Committee at the Mount Pleasant Community Centre. I spoke to my Mom yesterday on the phone - she lives in a small town in the prairies. It was a conversation full of random things some delightful/charming, some silly and some truly harsh. I'll bethe first to freely admit I'm a piler and a collector even though I don't want to be either of those things. Being a very visual person and a romantic with a vivid imagination it is hard to not pick things up, have things around and - ugh - leave things laying around my house. I try to not drive my house mate crazy - when the piles become to many or too big I end up hiding them in my room until I can't see my floor any more. I'm dog sitting for 5 days a sweet Rottie whom I co-parented for the first 3 years of her life - she is older now. Brie is her name and currently she is sleeping in my livingroom making funny wimpery sounds and half barks and kinda quiet - its really cute. I love her.

I am also drawing today all day then babysitting all the while wondering how I will get everything done that I need done for the burn. Feelin' kinda all by myself right now and a bit ack about things. sigh.
