Artie Workshop Update

The Skirt Workshop on Sunday is only 2 hours, so artemis will also be teaching Veil! Feel like I am getting a bonus! :~)

Weirder and weirder

So, I'm getting used to the "hills", and the odd bugs, but last night kept smelling what I thought was skunk. Hubby had just mowed and had the windows open. Come to find out it's onions. My yard is full of wild onions lol :sigh:
The standing joke at my jobs is that indiana is so "hick", so odd that the topics of interest is always the food and shopping here. Feel so out of my realm, only shopping I really do or get excited about is for belly dance things..and food well if I am hungry, I eat, but don't feel it is watercooler conversation. I can't get into the primanti's. They put french fries and coleslaw on EVERY sandwich you order, or pierogi's.
Packing again, why is it I have more crap now than when I left indiana??? lol

like ditchin your husband! lol I have decided to leave him to pack and move us to our new house.. and I am going to go to Tribal Revolution :~)
C'mon...we all know we do all the packin...they need to do something..right? lol

An added distraction...

I just found an article where I was described as that...an added distraction. It could have been worse, but didn't like the tone that "her four year old son was a little concerned when she danced by him with a scimitar--you'll remember his was the seat stuck out in the aisle"
Wish I could print..this article was written by the wife of the controlling asshole who tried to ban me from belly dancing when I camped with them at the SCA.
Grrr!

Closing the Studio

For those that do not know the studio will be closing at the end of March. Plans are in the works for where classes will be continued by other members of Carenza's Caravan. When known, they will be posted on our website.
Our last hafla will be Saturday March 29th, doors open at 8pm, Admission is $5. Performers in free or bring food/beverage for the snack table and get in free. Studio items will be for sale including sound system, rugs, chairs, tables, decorations, etc. If you have any questions email me at carenzascaravan@aol.com.
