Well, I have come to accept that the same goes for chiropractors and massage therapists. As much as I would like to just lay there and let them take all the pain away, I know it's not going to work that way. Which rankles my lazy nature, but there you have it. I will be forever grateful for my massage therapist for showing me the most simple, obvious neck stretch that could have helped me years ago. So I should be equally gr... read more
