yps... an annual dance festival held in Sebastopol, CA in May. workhops and amazing performances of middle eastern dance. John Compton is co-founder of Hahbi 'Ru, a tribal folkloric troupe that has been dancing together since '91. He's amazing! I've only had the opportunity to watch his videos, am jazzed to meet him in person and to be taking a class from him!
