Hey... I just finished my 12th mix CD and I would love to give it to you. Since I am computer retarded and I do not know how to post mixes on the internet for download, I am writing this post in hopes of my friends, YOU, getting back to me with their info so that I can send you my best mix cd release to date. The name of the CD is either "Welcome to Planet Rawk" or "Welcome to Planet Rock"...I have not decided yet. Maybe you can help me decide with your feedback when you reply back with your info. APARTMENT AVAILABLE FEBRUARY 1, 2008 The apartment is a 2 bedroom 2-bathroom apartment on n. Cahuenga blvd in Hollywood. The room for rent is $600 per month + $500 security deposit. Utilities are $50 - $95 per person depending on if you want cable or not. This includes: $25 for Internet, $5 for gas, $40 every two months for electricity ($20 per month) and $35 for cable or $45 for cable with HD/DVR The apartment is not really furnished in the living room, but YOUR room has its own bathroom with shower, and a nice sized closet. **Bonus points to a prospective roommate who has either a couch, or an audio/video receiver for living room, or both. Living room features small couch, projector and speakers. Kitchen has a stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. Hey Everyone. I am posting this in hopes that we can find my friend, Todd, a place to live and blow his beautiful glass for everyone to enjoy. He would like to stay in the los Angeles area but would be up for any option. Time is of the essence on this one as we are at the end of the month already. Need new roommate (Chad Rock)

Hey everyone out there. my roommate just moved out in the middle of the month and I need a roommate asap. unfortunately, he could not keep his music to a respectful level for the neighbors (and i am not talking normal levels...he would bump loud style until 3am every night), so the apartment people kicked him out. fortunately for me, they let me stay and find a new roommate. a little info about the place... option 1 - we can stay in the apartment that i now live in and you would take over the unoccupied bedroom the apartment is a 2 bedroom 2 bathoom apartment on n. cahuenga blvd in hollywood, on the other side of the freeway from the hollywood bowl. the room that you would occupy is $600 per month + security deposit, which will be about another $600. the apartment is not really furnished in the living room, but your room has its own bathroom, and a nice sized closet. i am buying a refrigerator today, but do not have a microwave or any other appliances in the kitchen. kitchen has a stove and dishwasher. The apartment has a balcony, there are four washers and dryers downstairs, we have two tandem parking spots in the garage and the people who live here are pretty cool. option 2 - we can move upstairs to #209 in the same building, This apartment is a newly painted, freshly carpeted, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with all of the things that I spoke about in option 1 This specific apartment is $1395 per month (697.50 each person), with a $1000 security deposit ($500 each person) and one-year lease oh yeah, you probably want to know a little about me and what i am looking for in a roommate. I am 28 year old straight male that has lived in l.a. my whole life, except for one year of college in Arizona and one year studying abroad in Europe. I DJ for a living, I am starting to produce music more and more each day, I have a Masters degree in Psychology - MFT, and I work at a record store and a Specials Events DJ company. I keep my space nice, as you will see when you come see the place. I have no problem doing dishes or cleaning the kitchen, i just don't want to clean up after you. I am chill, I spoke herb from time to time, i have a few drinks once i a while, i smoke a few cigarettes on the balcony and never inside, i enjoy having company over, i play music a lot but do not rock it out really late like my last roommate.
