Need someone to build me a large 'hangman' type structure (12' tall) , something that would support the weight of a 30 lb bag hanging by a pulley from the top of it. Big "Y" shaped feet, to provide stability. Got the ideas and sketch, but need someone to help me execute design. Email me....lets talk price for a project like this... rightrigger@roadrunner.com

Job position: Chandelier Cleaner I need an agile, clean and professional (looking and acting), not afraid of heights, reliable and responsible assistant to help me clean chandeliers in the Los Angeles area. Must be articulate and able to converse professionally with customers. This is a fragile - tedious job! Perfectionism, agility and personal pride in your work quality are key. Coordination, grace and quick fingers are needed. Must be in excellent physical shape. Fit and slim. Tall people have HUGE advantages. NO back or neck problems. You will be working from a ladder at heights of up to appx. 14 foot. You must NOT be afraid of heights. You must be able to lift 50 lbs and have experience and confidence setting up 9' - 16' A-Frame ladders in tight interior areas. I started this business over 7 years ago. It continues to grow. Many of the jobs are booked far in advance so the schedule is often made up weeks ahead of time. The job is flexible to some degree and fluctuates in intensity. Some months we are slammed busy and other months are slower. The job is more than part- time but not quite full time. Your days must be somewhat free. After training you for awhile, I would eventually like to give you more responsibility, a percentage of the job which would include you performing the jobs alone or with an assistant. I am growing, I need help! The pay is $100. a day during training. Our typical work day last between 3hrs. - 7hrs. Money is the same even if the day is short. Money increases with efficiency, impeccable work ethic and proof that you can execute jobs without me. This position is for someone who can think on their feet, has tons of common sense, is very organized and able to do a fantastic job without me watching your every move. You must be PUNCTUAL! I need a person who can handle a flexible schedule and can take the ball and run with it, once he is ready and the time is right. I am not looking for a quick fix. I WANT someone who wants to do this long-term. You MUST have a current, valid driving license, proof of vehicle insurance and a cell phone. We meet in the morning at headquarters here in the West La/Brentwood area then drive to jobs located in Beverly Hills, Belair, etc... Please be coming from a location that is appropriate to this proximity. If you have a truck that would be extra Fantastic! We can work something out as your responsibilities increase. This job is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual. It's exciting, interesting and unique in every way! We have a good time doing it and have a strong team effort. The atmosphere is usually very pleasant and most often dazzling. Please email me at: rightrigger@roadrunner.com

October 2006 Rented a cabin at Lake Creek Lodge 10 miles north of Three Sisters. Just in time for the color change...... Loved it! Lovely sounds of wind blowing through pine trees.
Just back from the Baja. Stayed in a place off the grid. I felt like I was living in a national geographic show. Whales! Desolate & tranquil beyond imagination. The lightshows were amazing and free. check out the photo album at: jwright296.photosite.com/Bahia...05-06/
