about me
Trying to live without regrets by taking chances and reflecting often.

Leader of the Divine Messenger, a Burning Man theme camp and a member of the sister group, Healing Circle, spiritual healing group. We are spiritual people who give hope to the people who weary on their spiritual journey. With hope and Love--ALL thing are possible. Thus I am a catalyst in people's lives for positive change. Furthermore, I help people reach their destiny by helping them focus on the Light and away from darkness.

I am also a European board game collector/player/promoter. I own around 100 board games mostly from European designers.

The Epic Poem of My Life

I touch the water of the Atlantic ocean. Ahh... was in Santa Monica Beach last week, today I touched the Atlantic Ocean.

How cool is that?

The beach was empty. Strange, nobody is here, perhaps because it is around 40 degrees F, but not even pedestrian traffic around the beach.

Anyways, it felt good to touch the Atlantic Ocean.

I am in Norfolk, Virginia for a life coaching certification training. I have been in this program for couple months and REALLY enjoy it. I am hoping that I can do what I really do well, being a catalyst in people's lives for positive and get paid for it.

Doing what I love--talking to people for positive change and get paid for it.

Life is beautiful!

wow I am tired...

Divine Messengers, worked last 8 days at the American Film Market, or AFM. AFM is the largest market for distribution rights for films in the world. Basically, people who make movies come to sell the right to show it in theaters of put it on DVD's.

We are experimenting with an indie studio in making a documentary on dreams. We interviewed taped several dream interpretation sessions. We will see where this goes.

This event was the hardest because we had to dea... read more

I came out of the winter of my life, four years ago. I was in a season where things just would not work for me. It was as if Destiny had forgotten about me.

Slowly but surely I have been working on myself to be more Divine. I faced my personal demons, interpersonal and spiritual sensitivity, tactfulness, and slowly winter changed to spring!

I look back I have so many milestones,

* becoming the leader that I was called to be as well as of the Divine Messengers dream interpreters... read more

It was James' birthday, a member of the Divine Messengers. It was a potluck dinner, and I brought my sloppy CHO, a Korean variant of the the American sloppy joe. The sloppy CHO is a sloppy joe made with a Korean BBQ sauce rather than the tomato based sauce that you normally use. It was James, the birthday boy, who actually coined that phrase in the Healing Circle potluck lunch.

Had fun hanging out at the beach with my watching the sunset.

3 Steps to reduce fat from instant ramen.

1) Cook the noodles in one pot and the broth in another pot.
2) Strain noodles and put noodles into broth.
3) Reflect on happy memories and eat leisurely.

Instant ramen, are made from dehydrated, deep fried noodles. The oil are released when you cook the noodles. When you cook and drain the noodles, you remove the oils.

Chris, in London said there are places in Santa Monica where I can get British food. I found the British Store near the Santa Monica Pier where they say all sorts of British goods.

I got my self a can of Heinz Beans and made beans on toast and Bovril tea for a drink. Beans on toast was ok, but i really enjoyed Bovril tea, something similar to Marmite and Vegemite tea.

I miss riding the trains, walk in the rain, Tikka Masala Sandwich with crunchy French bread, all the green vegetation, dogs in the park without leads (leashes), everything small (everything is 25% smaller in UK), Marmite on toast and 11 hour flight (not), but most of all, I miss my new friends in the UK and new team mates from the US that I met in the US.

Picture is the London Eye which I only saw from a distance. Will see up close next time.

As in the catch phrase of the California go... read more

People don't really drive into London. They have a traffic congestion tax and high parking rates which discourage driving into London. There is a really great bus/train/subway system in London that allows you can get around anywhere.

Pros:
Healthy life style -- very few people are obese in London. I suspect it is all the walking that they do. I for instance had to walk to the train station, catch a train, walk from train station to subway station catch subway, walk from subway stati... read more

Sebastian's Top 3 British Food Rankings:

1) Marmite
2) Tikka Masala Sandwich
3) Fish Pie

To get a true British experience I tried my best to try eat foods that I could not easily find in the US. Thus I ate:

Indian Food -- There are many Indian restaurants in the UK sort of like how Chinese food is here. Was not all that excited because I suspected that it was British Indian food and not authentic Indian and there are many Indian food places around where I live.

BTW British c... read more

One of the most touching spiritual encounter was with a young woman that received healing of her heart. After we interpreted a dream for her I sensed that she had been hurt by careless men who hurt her in relationships.

Sensing this, in proxy, behalf of the terrible men in her life, I apologized for our hurtful ways. I asked that she put her hand on her heart and Becky and I put our hands on top of her hand and prayed and released healing,

She was very reserved and I could bare te... read more

The Mind Body Spirit expo was a real streeeaaaatch for my dream interpreting skills. I was faced with real enigmatic dreams.

Here is one of them:

There is nothing and everything. There are wall but since I am part of the wall, there is no wall. Out of nothingness, comes something. As I look carefully out of this something, i realize it is light. I am drawn to it an realize that is is a rainbow of colors.

The interpretation that we gave: You may want to reconsider that in your p... read more

My dream team leader at the Mind, Body, Spirit Expo, was having a hard time thus as as encouragement, I asked our team that we each give a Divine word of encouragement.

My one was word was--unicorn.

A unicorn embodies power with grace, a fitting for our leader Jeannine. Everyone laughed and laughed. I said what is wrong with it? after all it was the pride of England-- at which point, every team mate laughed even harder.

This is my theory of why unicorns are the pride of Englan... read more
