This week I begin again.

My goal is to live fully everyday.

By 'living full', I mean -to eat like it's the last day of fresh produce...

I mean -to study like I'm to meet the great beyond in a few hours, and I want to have something interesting to communicate...

I mean -to stretch and move and run and climb and play like I've leased this body for the day, and I must return it first thing tomorrow.

I mean -to understand love as the fabric holding all life together...

I mean -to be grateful for every step I take, every breath, every sip of water, every feeling, every dream -awake or asleep...

I mean -to speak the truth like the fate of earth depends on every word I say.

I mean -to find new appreciation for life everyday... new ways to love...

I mean -to find access to every door I've ever meant to open...

Thank your water before you drink -and send it your love. Trust me.
