Beyond Behavior Defense Mechanisms We all have defense mechanisms that we’ve developed over time, often without being aware of it. In times of trouble, the behaviors that have worked to get us past challenges with the least amount of pain are the ones that we repeat; even when part of us knows they no longer work. Such behavior is a natural response from our mental and physical aspects. But because we are spiritual beings as well, we have the ability to rise above habits an... read more

How does one teach sexuality in a group setting? I am not talking specifically about kink or BDSM, but about sexuality and its role in our lives. Dr. David Satcher was the United States’ Surgeon General from 1998 to 2002. He followed in the footsteps of Dr. Jocelyn Elders who was “kindly” asked to resign after using the word “masturbation” in a press conference. So what importance do these two individuals have in teaching sexuality? They both are activists for sexual... read more
The first peace, which is the most important, is that which comes within the souls of people when they realize their relationship, their oneness with the universe and all its powers, and when they realize that at the center of the universe dwells the Great Spirit, and that this center is really everywhere, it is within each of us.

There are good points on both sides. Obesity is a side effect and not the problem in my opinion. Yes it is A problem but it is not THE problem. It is rather like saying guns kill instead of people who are directing the guns being responsible.

i want to be a fuck toy
Used, filled, fucked, sucked
i want to be commanded
sucking, licking, lapping, worshiping
i want to feel the pain
lasting beyond the moment
stretching into the days after the torment
The pleasure of usage, objectified, denied
Sated, bruised, marked
i want to be reminded of who i am
and why i tick the way i do
i want to feel the power over me
around me, inside me

Fistingâ¦(Vaginal that is)
I get a lot of responses when I say to people that I love to be fisted. Of course there is the Fister, the person who does the fisting and the Fistee, the one receiving the fist. Women fistees react in a few ways when they hear the word. Some will be scared (the âeepâ response that happens when oneâs panties are already wet) and want to quickly change the topic.

Queer:
This is an odd word. Does this mean I am gay or a lesbian? No, not really.
For years though I was a lesbian (or thought I was). Prior to that I slept with men but never really enjoyed the interactions. I was even married once. I feel sorry for the guy because I really wasnât a nice person to him. It wasnât totally his fault though. And I think the reverse applies too that he was not very
