Looking for a drummer
(blog entry)
If anyone knows a good drummer up for some jam sessions, let me know. I'm up for meeting other musicians too, but a drummer will be key. It's time for the S.F. music scene to get weirder, and I'm here to make it happen.

"Raul Damas, associate director of political affairs at the White House, has been on the phone directly to Republican county chairmen to arrange local speeches by active duty military personnel to talk about their experiences in Iraq. To some Republican members, this unusual venture connotes a desire to go directly to the people to sell the president's position without having to deal with members of Congress."

"Bush administration lawyers, fighting a claim of torture by a Guantanamo Bay detainee, yesterday argued that the new law that bans cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment of detainees in U.S. custody does not apply to people held at the military prison.
In federal court yesterday and in legal filings, Justice Department lawyers contended that a detainee at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, cannot use legislation drafted by Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) to challenge treatment that the detainee's lawyers de...

Miles, you're one of a kind. I'd say one in a million, but considering the genetic possibilities, I think it's more like one in 64 trillion or something like that. Your friendship fits my life like THC fits the receptor for anandamide.
