This woman has changed my life! She is an inspiration in all of her radiance. She is as light as a chiffon pie and as powerful as a jet engine. There is always a glow around this beautiful being. As my yoga teacher for almost four years she has been consistant and vibrant in sharing her discipline. Her unfailing love for teaching Kundalini Yoga has inspired me to now take teacher training. I feel blessed to have her in my life.

Aerial dance in the East Bay
Terry Sendgraff's Motivity Studio continues past her retirement. This past June, I was able to move into Terry's partnership at the Motivity Studio in Berkeley. The studio is now called STUDIO 12 and continues the tradition of offering aerial dance to the community.
We are now moving into our fall schedule and are offering double the classes with 4 teachers on staff-Kate and Phil Weglarz, Emily Park, and myself. Aerial classes are offered on Sundays, Mondays and Wednesdays. Studio 12 now of... read more
