We are not human beings living a spiritual existence, we are spiritual beings living a human existence.

I find this a challenge to remember sometimes, but not when you would expect. It's a very centering thought for me, something that really can bring focus. So in times when I'm troubled or stressed, I go to it often to find peace. When things are bright and beautiful this thought is clear and present.

I find it hardest to remember this little line during the normal, day to day humdrum. Sitting in traffic on the way to work... paying bills or doing chores.

Take this on, if you care to... during one of those normal days. Those days that are just like any other, stop for a minute and remember what you are. Remember that you are a spiritual being... flowing with majestic energy and radiating your own personal glow everywhere you go.

You are living a human life, one with a physical form of flesh and bone. That flesh and bone form is your tool in this reality. Your shape and form in three of the many dimensions.

Keep in mind that those three dimensions are but a tiny fraction of your whole, and that you exist in so many other ways. Then, take on in those three dimensions the rest of your existence. Through grace of movement and expression show the infinity that you are. Blend together the beauty and radiance of all your forms into this one. Cause the rest of your energy to shine through in this three dimensional world.

Then take a look around and let me know if the day is still... "just another day".
