hoopepiphany

yesterday after work
i came home to hoop.
i put in blind melon's 'nico'
and started warming up.

the song 'glitch' came on
(it has beautiful words and amazing tribal drum beats)
i was SO into it. i really lost myself
round and round,
jumping and dancing so hard
all around my living room.

when i felt this extreme rush
flow through my body.
my hoop fell to the ground and
there were tears pouring down my face,
filling my eyes.

i've never felt anything so good in my life.
i fucking love my hoop.
i never thought something
so simple as a circle
would change my life.
