So I'm an awful procrastinator. I laid out the scroll that I made for a friend of mine who is getting an award this Saturday, months ago, and only put it on the parchment this past week. Granted, I didn't even get the parchment until two weeks ago, but still. I could have started then.

Anyway, it's done. All it needs are the seals and signatures, and those go on tomorrow at the event.
