Yikes.....deep, deep apologies, folks. I tried to up the deadline to avoid the apparently unavoidable. I knew that I would have to teach two workshops this week...and the FLOOD of videos and live auditions this year completely (and I mean COMPLETELY) bowled me over into workshop overlap! So please forgive me for the delay in the 1000 Goddess lineup announcements.

Also, let me reiterate...I dunno what was in the water this year, but many of you apparently think this was important enough to audition for. WOW! Guys, I don't know what to say. We've had more auditions than ever, and with only 9 slots to give, roughly 30 acts is what I'll have to turn away. I am VERY humbled by all of the interest and I want to make it CLEAR that I'm having to turn away several GREAT acts, so please, please don't think that it has anything to do with ability--it was SO tough this year for me to chose that at one point I had to go through everything about a dozen times to get several different lineup outcomes....

Sometimes it's as simple as too many similar costumes (every year we have way too much black--which I love--but our audience, I think, might appreciate some variety) or too many solos or duos (way tooooo many soloists this year) so it's a very small margin of error and again, the dancing, as always, was incredible.....so, thank you thank you thank you to each of you who put out the effort.
