I am grateful for my family. I am grateful for my friends. I am grateful for my health and well being. These seem obvious. The one that isn't so obvious is my staff, my lovely employees.
I am currently filling out the annual performance reviews and I have come to realize that I have surrounded myself with the funkiest, most capable, competent, accountable and supportive folks I could imagine. It's almost like a family that I got to choose. We are more than a team and I am grateful for them and for the magic we are able to create together, for what we do is nothing short of magic.
