I look to the sky, so committed why...it is,,,That some of us that feel THEY know.. Will tell us HOW were supposed to grow??? Confirming our path, Directing the flight, Firmly believing in their Only 'Right' Pointing out wrongs, directed from truth, Holding the faith, if we don't change we may lose, And yet I must say "I have to agree" Staying stuck in a hole seems like no place to be.. Yet deep down inside,a whispers been laid.. Line up, single file people, step to the side, No your other side, Shhh now be very quiet and focus on rationalizing allowance of your own self rejection, beautiful job child, keep it up and keep the faith, that one day, maybe one day we will be sure to love you.. with tears marching, a commitment is made...for one day.. you will see how much I want you to love me and with open arms "I will belong" days slip past, years fly bye, moments fade weary feet and wandering soul faintly hold the glimmer of surrendered joy. as rest entices folding knees and downward head. arms grasp in longing of safety,you lay in the bed you have made.. with no concept of seasons passed a vacant mirror reflection, of others reason... you bow to the crust of the universe now cracked and bloody drips fall as your limp wrists tell the secret.. Washed away by my emotions drowning in my dreams unforgotten memories of what once was dissolving into pleas my soul cries out a crumpled body ravaged by fears tears of rage attack my heart separation in the full divide wetness leaks from behind closed lids like a river drops of regret,unfufilled lost hopes puddle in the corners of my mind agony i wear as a blanket covering my faith my body shakes and quivers convulsions rock me like a beating from the stormy seas oceans of torrid pain swallow my soul As i fight for a breath striving to remain the same while repeat patterns have become a game familiar roles I play so well masking things unseen false belief systems smother true wishes my dreams judgements and desires weigh me towards the ground balance nowhere to be found all that was once was crumbles ,falling down no longer able to deny within danger seems to abound losing myself in myself hiding from suffering trying to fool others as well as me as the days melt fast away the mask of fantasy stares back from my reflection What am i unable to see? forced towards new directions paths laid out yet unfolded So much agony in holding death grips loosen,slipping feet and grasping hands reach in vain unraveling,down,down,down caught in the mud losing all desire in a struggle for survival a calm voice, heard faintly whispers"don't push the river"

Life is so perfect everythings fine said simply spoken with tears in your eyes "im grateful to be here" but how long will this last... clinging to memories unfilled hopes of the past, expectations set too high to simply not fail you try hard to hold on while you walk the rail deep sadness, you squish down masked by a smile its hard to be happy when living in lies But be strong & don't bend and just keep the faith if your secrets are whispers maybe they'll slowly fade & its hard to be happy when things wont go away truths gone unspoken living present this day feelings uncovered your heart crushed once more feelings of sadness as you close your own doors when you run yourself over just who's meant to win.... stepping hard ,smashing while you go unloved unloved, cuz your broken all the bad things you've done unloved cuz you sin and you can't do things right why not just lay down give up the fight, unloved because fears wont let love in... over and over again and again So why not be silent and just have a shot? well unfortunately true love cannot be bought.... clouding your real self lost in the think...... trying to make it when your so on the brink destroying the future by holding the past but.... maybe another will make things all right.... where is the darkness uncovered by light endlessly searching which way do you go? when your right at the bottom stuck in a hole So while you sit in silence mourning your 'sins" whats the true message when nobody wins

"ONE" But if there is only"ONE" then where am "I"... a senseless meeting of two souls intertwined together, But yet there is still only "ONE" And that one is me..for I am not free to see you, to be as one with you, while I am still asking you to be that "ONE" for me.. We have the ability to tune(turn) on at any second, the wave is always around us. You can direct yourself towards being on, or when you need to turn up the light by something as simple as choosing to eat fresh veggies. Its the process, preparing a healthy meal, or by being kind to others, and most of all yourself. These are all easy things you can do to plug back in... A good sign you are not plugged in is that, you have been in the same place all day, in the same thoughts, feelings whether it be anger or feeling physically drained and tired...If its got a hold of you....U know you are unplugged... I have found that a good way to start changing this is to: 1) allow yourself to be there if you need to.... But really get into it, Find a few days to just not answer the phone, lay in bed, eat pizza, sleep whatever, just don't give your self restrictions, You will find that everything you may have thought you wanted becomes a bit boring, and you feel even more drained than when you were feeling guilty or self punishing about doing and wanting these things. 2) Anything you do after you figure out feeling Bad does NOT Feel Good:) (being silly with yourself) singing,, dancing badly:), use your now extra energy to be Excited, its the same frequency as anger,energetically speaking... 3)Move your body..where have your toes not been today? Move them, now move them somewhere else, etc you get the idea do this with every part of your being even your nose and your eyes...(this will make you feel playful and silly) 4) enjoy being grateful... Spend a moment being grateful for everything that works in your life... "thank you" toes, and elbows, and Aunt Kiki, Thank you for Peanut M&Ms:) your ability to change your mind..and change it again... 5) Use your voice, do not stay unplugged because of simply useless mind chatter...If you can't keep track of your mind when your not present, then stay with your self... tell yourself "we are going to have a great day:) and today we are going to "enjoy" doing the laundry...Be a Team with you.. You working together with yourself... IF you have a fear or a negative thought, don't beat yourself up, just talk it out.. " I know you feel that way now" but that is the past and I know we can do it..Bring yourself together...PLUG BACK IN!!!!!! 6)Stop and smell the flowers, no wait Smell Everything...Stimulate your sense of smell, or open up the fridge and taste a few random condiments,anything awakening.. 7) put on some really cheesy music that takes you back to somewhere you maybe haven't been in a while and then work on creating your own personal signature dance or move, own it... oh yeah!!! work it!!! work it!!! To the left!!! to the right!!! 8) Have the last thing you do before you get out of the shower be, turn on the cold water(I like to do it gradually) and energetically rinse off any extra energy..This will wake you up. I find that anytime i want to shift my perception cold water does the trick and fast. 9) Cleanse,,,Cleanse something..The dishes, your body, cleansing the body and home with sage, rocks, intention, music ,, use one or do them all. 10) And BREATH, be sure to have fun with your breath... I like to breath in different ways or make animal noises" ROAR!!!!!!!" Breath like a puppy,count to ten,just breath, this means all the way into the belly..This means YOU!!!!! 11) Focus on having intentions in your life."My intention today is_______." "My intention is to be ______ while interacting with my mom." 12) Make something, play the drums(on your dashboard) stop and buy some crayons, colored pens and paper ,go fly a kite,find someone up for a good game of "paper scissors rock",bake cookies, just buy some oreo's n dunk em in zee milk:) What matters most is allowing yourself to have fun..... The only right way to do these tools is the way you are doing them. . Practicing just one or two of these simple tips a day, has the potential to change the way use choose your day, your life, your entire life creation...Blessings

The Best Grounding Technique Ever :)

"Ganesh" ( Remover of obstacles:) Taking a deep breath in, then breath out any person, place,thing, thought ,form or idea that dosen't belong to you..After doing this three times( 3x) Invision (any) color of cord going down from the base of your spine (root chakra). Invision this grounding cord going down, down,down , down into the core of the earth. ex:( I invision a golden yellow cord connecting from the base of my spine traveling down into the core of the earth ( a great breathing ball of fire) I connect to this energy then ask that my grounding cord open the full size of my body, allowing gravity to yet again naturally pull any and all is in my space and dosen't belong.) Upon doing this invision a golden sun above your head...Ask to fill this sun with every ounce of energy you've ever given away( and maybe a little joy, love, harmony,laughter, etc....). When you are ready, bring this sun down over the top of your head,down past your toes replenshing you to your true and natural vibration.. This exercise is easy and fun and be done thru out the day. There is no "wrong" way to do this, so have fun, and create,create,create, Ps. the core of the earth holds many possibilitys, as does your grounding cord. They can be created out of playing dolphins, dollar bills, the roots of an old oak, anything you'd like to bring more focus upon in your life... Last but not least be sure to set a clear new intention of what you are now choosing to create in this wonderful gift called life, then release and go play:)
