This is watermelon and liquor...perfect for BBQ's, picnics, camping and by the pool! Use any liquor you like, even wine works! Don't use beer.

INGREDIENTS:
1 seedless watermelon
1 1/2 cups rum, or as needed

DIRECTIONS:

Lately there has been a rash of reports about the carcinogens present in overcooked meat. The burning fat and char on well grilled meat may indeed pose some sort of health risk it appears.

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 cup brewed coffee
4 teaspoons brown sugar
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger bourbon
1 cup honey
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup tomato paste
1/2 cup tomato sauce

DIRECTIONS:
In a medium saucepan over medium low heat, combine the hot pepper sauce, lime juice, coffee, sugar, whiskey, honey, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste and tomato sauce. Mix together well and allow to simmer for 30 minutes.

here is another bbq shrimp recipe that I have tweeked quite a bit.


INGREDIENTS
2 pounds LARGE shrimp, uncooked, pull the skin/tails off
1 finely chopped onion
1 cup olive oil
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp cayenne peper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup Maple Syrup
Optionally a pound-o-bacon

DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl, mix everything togather (except bacon) and then add shrimp.
Leave it in the fridge overnight (PREFERABLE) or at least for several hours.

Duck!
