Aside from the fact that a gay cowboy Western was directed by Ang Lee, a Chinese who doesn't even speak perfect English, Brokeback Mountain has won so many major awards out there this year. Next week I'm going to Vegas to attend a seminar. I gotta be happy since this'll be my first time there. Any suggestion on where to visit? Any Blackjack strategies? What are the "Must-sees" in Vegas? What's up everybody? I thought I'd stay away from tribe for longer than this, but I am starting to spend some time online again. I did manage to be away for almost 3 months, which is an impressive record. This seems to imply a tinge of intentionality in the online absence, but the true reasons are a bit more complicated.

I'm shocked to find out how many so-called 'ALTs' there are on tribe.net recently! These are people posing as others and owning multiple user profiles with stolen identities, photoshopped photos, and fake user information.

I fully support people having fun with their own unique and artistic expressions, but when it involves deriving pleasure from deceiving non-consenting others, I just have to ask, why?

Nop this post is not about scientology. It's summer, and it's time for movies. However, according to many reports, it was the 18th weekend in a row the box office declined, passing a 1985 slump of 17 weekends that had been the longest since analysts began keeping detailed figures on movie grosses. You wonder why people are going to movies less and less? Let me share my experience last night.

It seems like tribe has just rolled out all the new profiles, and many have started posting blogs etc. I have never seen so many blogs posted within the same day, so it's quite refreshing.

California here I come! I'll be attending a best friend's wedding this summer in Sacramento on June 25th, and meeting up with a friend flying in from NY to check out San Fran at around the same time! Today a really pretty girl with long strawberry blonde hair smiled and said 'hi' at me while I was entering the store and she was leaving. I was shocked tonight to catch my first 1000-view milestone after being on tribe for 5 months or so. I never thought it would ever reach 1000. This past week was also the first time it took less than 7 seven days to register 100 views. I wonder when the 2000 view mark will hit, or 3000, 4000, and 10000? Wednesday has been a real slow day on tribe.
