I am a young 59, I was raised in Berkeley and I have lived on my 10+acre farm near Cotati for over 30 years. I am in the music business, I am co-owner of PRAIRIE SUN RECORDING, located here on my property. I am very active in my community and politically. I did conceive of and produced the Cotati Accordion Festival each August for 14 years. I go to BURNING MAN for a week and I camp there with THE EASEL PARK CAMP.
I was on the Board of Directors (6yrs) for the CULTURAL ARTS COUNCIL of SONOMA COUNTY 15 years ago and was very involved in the ART TRAILS program during the early formative years of this very successful program. I am an art collector with many original paintings by well known local artists (who are also close friends) that were/are involved in creating poster and album cover art.
I was the Chairman of the Board of the CALIFORNIA HOMEGROWERS ASSOCIATION and I have a doctors letter recommending that I use marijuana medically. I have smoked daily for over 41 years. I rarely drink alcohol(never if I am driving) and I hate tobacco smoke. I am very healthy, I have never used my health insurance.
I have traveled to many parts of the world including Easter Island, the Galapagos, Bali, Goa, Nikko, Rio, Lima, DaNang, Kathmandu, Delhi, Perth/Freemantle, Cabo San Lucas, Cortes Island, Agra, Tahiti, Sydney, Wewak, Buenos Aires, Phuket, Dalat, Siem Reap, St Barts and many more places plus much of Europe and the USA.
I ended an almost ten year relationship in September '04 with a woman when we both decided that if we were going to continue to be friends we could no longer live together. The women I have had past relationships with are still friends. I have a 24 year old daughter, who lives now in Austin TX. I have never been married, but came close a couple of times. I have 2 beautiful Samoyed dogs, my only pets. (Plus a lot of chickens)
