i fell asleep.
i woke up and saw a small blip
a signal, a flag waving back,
far distant through the electronic ether;
i had been spotted,
i was found out here in the sea of faces,
perhaps you discovered traces of me
in the words of mutual friends,
i don't know.
in any case, tender footed,
we tested the waters
of each others sentences
and caused ripples,
maybe we were friends?
i wasn't sure.
weeks later,
after the long ride in your direction
we settled into each others arms,
into words attached to voices, eye contact, presence.
i fell asleep.
you draped the blanket over me
and my words morphed into dream sounds,
lulling like the next mornings rain.
before riding away into the earliest morning this season
i assembled my scattered pockets from your wooden floor;
now i am sure.

What can I say, this lady made my mind go blank when she walked though my front door. One of the greatest moments in my life!! She is a flowerchild who makes me tingle everytime I see her. A true earth farie whose gentleness, kindness, and beauty is unmatched. I'm truly greatful for this angel to be in my life. Love you!!!
