My husband Scot is the cutest, most adorable, sexiest, techno-geek around. I'm a total indie-film geek who could watch movies every day and be happy. One of my favorite vacations is watching 3-4 films a day at the Toronto International Film Festival. Love planning and managing events, running the Chlotrudis Society for Independent Film (see Mewsings blog to the right), hanging out with friends. Have a bit of an obsession with Canadian film and music... not all of it, mainly the good stuff. Actually, I've been called a closet Canadian. Love to find film, music, and books that move me emotionally. Cry easily at movies and at the turn of a beautiful melody. Windy days excite me, sudden loud noises terrify me. Love Japanese pop culture, especially Kogepan, Hello Kitty, and the ilk, and am a big fan of Godzilla movies (Mothra ROCKS!) "Just because a movie makes me cry, doesn't mean it's any good."

Kitty and Gertrudis are a little late jumping into the whole social networking scene. They've pooh-poohed My Space, Twitter, Flickr, and their ilk, but now they're starting to see the appeal since they discovered Unitedcats. Check out their new profiles...
