Per MoveOn.org: "Congress has the power to reverse this rule change, and a bipartisan group of 26 Senators already announced they'll try. We need the rest of the Senate to know we're paying attention and we want action."

These corporations are solely profit driven and have no interest in providing the information necessary for a healthy democracy; they instead focus on sensational and entertaining news and programming that will help their advertisers sell more products and services.
