The Freerider is now installed and wrapped up for the opening event on May 31st at the Burnaby Mountain Bicycle Skills Facility. A great new bike park designed by Jay Hoots, tricked out with ladders, rollers,jumps, teeter todders and the list goes on.

We set up the first eagle- It all came together quite nicely The work is shown in its rough state- before the beak,galvanizing and the plants. The back of the sculpture is set up to house living plants (Eco-Sculpture). Thanks to Will, Heather, Kosta, Sean...

The Holland Park Floraforms are finally finished! Salmonberry leaves complete the sculpture. Local food and medicinal plants- all shown in their spring glory - Salmonberry, blue camas, calypso, wapati and fiddleheads.

Reed

One of the Seeds of Change sculptures just installed in Holland Park. Eleven feet tall of galvanized welded steel. This sculpture is a representation of the seed pod of the reed plant. This plant was historically very important to many cultures.

This sculpture of galvanized and stainless steel is a tribute to the train engine that sunk into Still Creek 100 years ago. The engine points towards Holdom Skytrain station where the engine-less Skytrain travels overhead. It's diaphenous form captures the spirit of both the lost engine and the Skytrain. This work will incorporate living plant systems when finished. I have dynamic LED system and solar twinklers to install as well. We are almost finished with the installation. hope you enjoy.
