I've used Mathematica before and like it, but can't sell my school on it - my choices are minitab, excel, or something that starts with an "F" that I've never used (or seen used) before....

As far as donating, what about that place in the mission? Wasn't it tied to some non-profit type thing that worked with kids? Like they grew the fruit then used it to bake the pies?
