Luke makes me smile, makes me laugh and makes it ok for me to drive to santa cruz to party and stay out all night with him having random adventures, what more do you need in life from a friend??

Groovius Maximus! Luke is like the brother I never had... or always had, but was separated from at birth and then reunited after decades of independent journeys, and later featured in a developmental psychology textbook to showcase how congruous our interests are in spite of being raised in different environments. Sharing time with Luke is an adventure in consciousness -- entertaining, illuminating, and empowering.

I just had to write another testimonial... something I haven't done.
Luke... your hugs are truly chiropractic! And, you have mega-inspired me for the true to yourself-ness you emanate. I highly respect and admire the upward shifts... it's a positive reinforcement and reflection for where I'm at too. Gives me more comfort in the transitions I'm going through as well - something else to thank you for. It was a riot, laughing w/ you and Tim! A definite highlight of my visit. Oh, and I'm trying to figure out - is "sauerkraut" 2 or 3 syllables? September 5, 2005

Travelling salesman stories and OTO lore @ Cafe Pergolesi (circa 1993) is how I first met Luke. I remember being extremely fascinated, but since -unlike Luke- my parents didn't do lotus position (or anything close for that matter) while I was growing up, I was a few steps behind. I kept asking dumb questions. Luckily, he told me to "learn things"... and that began a new era for me. Thanks!

First, to the Serra da Arrábida. The trip began with meeting my cousin Rui and driving to the southern end of the Setúbal peninsula to the town of Setúbal itself - which I insisted on pronouncing stewballs. We mucked about at the waterfront for a while, checking out the view over the estuary of the River Sado, and then it was off to the Portinho da Arrábida. The rivermouth of the Sado is a marine reserve complete with a pod of bottlenose dolphi... read more
Well, it's been quite a few days since last I wrote. So much has happened that I hardly know where to start, but being a Leo I'll begin with my birthday. We had a marvelous lunch of Nepalese with my entire family there. I got to eat Malai Kofta, one of my favorite Indian dishes that I´ve never been able to find in the US. Delicious little dumplings made from chick peas drowning in rich, savory cashew and cream gravy. Mmmmmmm. After that I went downtown with my cousin Paula and Bas to meet ...
