This is an all natural, handmade, moisturizing lotion bar in a convenient push up tube. This tube contains 1 ounce of lotion. Summer Kisses is a lightly creamy sweet citrus and floral scent that I've blended myself from lemongrass, lemon, ylang-ylang and vanilla essential oils.



This lotion is solid at room temperature but will melt as you rub it into your skin. I’ve found the best time to apply the lotion is when I’m still a little damp after a bath or shower. And it works wonders on my hands when I put it on right before bed.



I've made these lotion bars to be very moisturizing without being oily. And I've been careful to make them very gentle as well. I have friends who use this on their young children. My sister has very sensitive skin, and has psoriasis, and she uses this lotion with no problems.



Summer Kisses lotion is made with cocoa butter, beeswax, sweet almond oil, hemp oil, vitamin E (natural preservative), and lemongrass, lemon, ylang-ylang and vanilla essential oils.



About the ingredients:

(In doing research on the ingredients I’ve found that they are said to have the following properties.)



Lemongrass (EO): Revitalizes the body and relieves the symptoms of jetlag, clears headaches and helps to combat nervous exhaustion and stress-related conditions. Also useful in toning skin, opening blocked pores, and helping with acne.



Ylang-Ylang EO: Good for helping with anxiety and tension, it also has aphrodisiac qualities, useful for impotence and frigidity. On the skin, ylang-ylang oil has a soothing effect and its balancing action sorts out over-dry as well as overly-oily skin by balancing the secretion of sebum.



Cocoa Butter: Acts to lay down a protective layer which holds the moisture to the skin, so it is an excellent skin softener.



Sweet Almond Oil: A great moisturizer it also helps condition the skin. A very good massage oil. It is beneficial for dry skin and helps relieve itching, soreness and dryness.



Hemp Oil: Can be a soothing, healing oil, especially for dry skin.



Vitamin E: Among the numerous qualities of Vitamin E are it's moisturizing and antioxidant properties. Using an antioxidant will increase the shelf life of natural products and are still safe for your skin.
