man I was half expecting at least a little bit of anti-american sneering, but NONE. the Omani people speak great English, are ultra hospitable, and the food is amazing! THe coffee in particular, is quite rich.
WE're performing a festival doing an all glow-show, following an amazing Chinese acrobat act, kinda raising the bar for us to produce something. Lucky for me, they keep the juggling to a minimum.

We're bringin a crew to the Middle East, Oman for a festival through the Month of January.
wow. All the festivals that generate leads over the world, with 9of 10 fallign through for some dumb reasons like Visas, travel snafus, whatever... and THIS one pulls through. Oman used to be the Port of entry between India and africa, a crazy port city back in the day.
Wish I knew more about it, but I;ve got about 3 weeks to figure it out. Talkign out loud isn;t helping any. hm...
