Crystal is the coolest!
She is a luscious combination of passionate gypsy, and innocent child.
I love the way she gets so excited about things!
Her dancing is beautiful and unique.
She has so many different and beautiful layers to her.
I can't wait to see what she does next!
Mostly I am glad I know her!

I can not believe that I did not write a testimony long before this. Crystal always has a smile and has a true passion for her work in sharing knowledge in our dance world. She has spent alot of effort in fusing our culture as a whole - Crystal is shining through the dark skys at night,

Crystal is nice and down to earth, and that is rare for someone who is so pretty and talented.

Crystal is fun and funky and a great dancer too. She's a very upbeat peppy person and she's got more energy than anyone I know. Her ability to stay ultra fit while still eating cookies amazes me. And oh yeah, she can do cartwheels!!!

O.k. the part where they put them on went really well. I got to wear orange sunglass! They had them on in under and hour no pain or anything. Something have changed. Like I can't rub my lips together when I put on chapstick, and I kinda have a lisp now. The letter F is hard to say. It is also really hard to close my mouth. I started doing all those thing you see teenagers do with there braces like sucking on them, or streaching my lips over them.

O.k. Kerry says I need to start writing blogs again.
In one hour I will be getting braces. Yes that is right at 28 I am getting braces. No more buck teeth for me. I am told I will only have them on for a year and a half. When it is all over I will have a big gap on my bottom teeth and I will get two fake teeth to fill the gap. Oddly when you have messed up teeth your whole life you start to kinda like them. So I am spending my summer doing all things not belly dance. Actually I am still practicing and choreographing and such but noooo shows no traveling, limited teaching. Mostly I just decided I need a break and also because I am board out of my mind with myself as a dancer. And for that matter most belly dancers. Sooo I am going to take sometime to refresh and find inspiration else were.

Crystal will be coming back to Michigan from New York for a special level 1 and 2 technique workshop. This is a great workshop to help prepare you for the upcoming Suhaila Level 1 workshop in 2008. Crystal will be teaching from the Unveiled Level 1 manual as well as adding some new skills from her upcoming Level 2 manual. This a great way to clean up your basic skills, posture and conditioning as well as adding some new advances technique to your practice.
This workshop is ideal for all levels of belly dance from your beginner students to the professional dancers.

After learning all of these wonderful new dances, we need a chance to show them off. Unveiled Productions is hosting a Holiday Showcase and Hafla on Saturday December 15th at 7:30pm at the Unveiled Studio. Entry is just $5, so bring family, bring friends, bring anyone that will enjoy an evening of drumming and dancing. We will have special performances from the Unveiled students, members of the Unveiled Dance company, and Crystal will be flying in from New York for the occasion. After the performances, stick around for the live drumming, door prizes, food, drink, and more.
