I met Chas back in 2004 as I tentively entered the world of post production. Truly his presence and perhaps that of one more person was the ONLY reason I ever stayed there as long as I did. It made my day to interrupt his work and chat about politics and recent personal events. Always with something wise to say, who wouldn't appreciate that :).
Now he ran off to SF with some hot chick (who is awesome to shop with) so he better keep in touch and be ready to be harrassed whenever I get around to coming to town. Good person, a perfect mix of sarcasm and heart, you'd be lucky to know him.
