To you and all your family, I give you welcome here.
At the altar inside me, I give you welcome here.
Here upon the wellsprings, North, East, South and West, where the love of God does flow eternal,
I give you welcome here.

Here upon love, here upon forgiveness, here upon healing, I give you welcome here.

Now and forever, I give you welcome here.
May the light of this altar bring comfort to the the Holy Daughter of Creation,
upon the miracle, upon the rainbow bridge, upon the gift of wings,
to you Girl, and to all your family, I give you welcome here.

To Lord Narasimha, and to Sri Laksmi,
I give you welcome here.
To Grandfather and Grandmother,
I give you welcome here.
To my elder brother Diamond Bright, and to the Holy Spirit,
I give you welcome here.
To Owl, and to Medicine Teacher, to Christ, and to my brother Cyanescens,
I give you welcome here.
To Ogyen Trinley Dorje and to Guruji,
I give you welcome here.
To the Divine being of the Santo Daime,
I give you welcome here.
To Padrinho Alex and Madrinha Sonia,
To the Children and the River Guides,
I give you welcome here.
To Innocence, who carried me up the well and pinned me to the sky,
I give you welcome here.

At this altar inside me, at the central wellspring,
where the love of God does flow eternal, I give you welcome here.
Here upon love, here upon forgiveness, here upon healing.

I have respect for your journey, for the arc of your life. The movement away and the return.
For the dance that is so intimate, for the poetry that is your soul. For the expression and involvement by which you live and are known.
I honor your way, your choice, your flight, your storm.
Whatever family claims you will have it all when you arrive. You are the prize.
There's a hush in heaven as it waits for you to choose. When you do, whomever you've chosen, and whomever you choose will be blessed by your choice. The blessing of your presence will draw Light into the room, because your in it, and because the Light's in you.

A bit about me...

Location
about me
www.thestranger.com/seattle/...s/Content

I'm interested in local and global charitable relationships,
and volunteer where I can lend a hand.

Locally I volunteer by working at a local park, where we plant
trees, get rid of invasive species, and return areas that used to be asphalt and buildings back to being a forest.

I'm a member of a local HIV/AIDS organization and donate each year to help provide meals for HIV affected persons in need.

I've been supporting a family in Africa for 10years, and along with monthly contributions for food and welfare I'm putting the oldest boy through medical school. He's going to graduate this year, 2008, and begin his internship with a local hospital for 2 yrs. After that he'll return to school to get an advanced degree.
His is a family of AIDS orphans, gathered together by an older auntie who had lost her own family to AIDS. She went after help for her new "family" and we found each other through a good organization working over there. Barnabas has long since graduated from the program because of his age, so I sponsor his continued education and welfare privately. When Barnabas age took him out of the charitable program, I started sponsoring another family member who's name is Winny, keeping assistance coming to this one family over time.
This relationship let's me express my commitment and care to one family far away and in need of help. I'll continue to do this for the rest my life. Barnabas, Winny and Dorca, along with the new little ones, are my family by choice.

I've spent time helping out in Africa at an AIDS clinic , in India supporting a project for widows, in Mexico repairing roads, and at home here in the USA in a variety of ways.

I'm happily married, look after an extensive garden, and continue opening doors on the spiritual path.
