I took my 10 year old ShihTzu mix Maggie Mae to the local PETCO on 2/19 to be groomed. When I came back to pick her up, after work, she had a broken leg that required a bone graft, screws and a plate. The Groomer had put her in the kennel and left without calling me. The young girl who retrieved her was quite upset bringing her out and just said "something is wrong with Maggie Mae, Didn't Jodi (the groomer) call you"

The mananger was called he just said "take her to the vet- we will remiburse you" It has cost nearly $3,000 in Vet fees and I worry what will happen in the future. PETCO Did not have me complete an incident report.

No one has told me what happened to my dog!
