Mildewed in Fat's sweat.

Scrape the sludge
Out of her pores.
Pluck the zits;
Burdens on her face.

Diseases circulate,
Passing one another
Without care of
Antibiotic Machine-guns.

She is aware of carnage.
Smothered under her progeny.
Drowning in disregard.
