I don't think people can accurately describe themselves on these profiles. They're great for saying what you do or what interests you, yeah, but it's not that simple to say who you are or what you want. Everyone is an unreliable narrator. Everyone says they like honesty and aren't into drama, but you don't know that until you know them.

That being said: I'm a novelist (www.nikkimpill.com) and bellydancer (www.moxie-rocks.com) who reluctantly spends 40 hours a week at a mortgage company. I enjoy the job well, yes, but it's not a passion. I'm a Leo, but I don't take myself very seriously, and poke fun at my vanity and girliness. I'm a lapsed goth and don't take that too seriously either. I love red and I love big rhinestones. I love red wine. I love to cook for people or try new restaurants. I love sushi, indian food, and potato chips. I'm indecisive about my hair. I have hot pink shoelaces. My home looks like a bordello with deep crimson walls and gold leaf trim; it's decorated in Early Everything. I have a full back tattoo, which is how most people that don't know me through work recognize me. I'm happily engaged and my dear fiance Steve lives with me.

I have 2 cats, Romer and Grimalkin. If you don't like cats, I can pretty much guarantee you won't like me.
