Wow, my life is really cool right now! I am living in a beautiful location, have practically no living expenses, and am learning new things all the time. I love my school. My fascia is all messed up ( I learned that from anatomy) and hard and stuff. No matter how many massages I have gotten in the past three days, the muscles in my shoulders still refuse to relax. I've tried hot baths, and really deep tissue work, but still nothing. Maybe it's an emotional knot.
