Blue Damsel - WS in Vienna

I have just returned from Vienna and I am so happy about the workshop! It was really great! And I really do recommend the Moon Moth Mixes cd for practice. I bought it and find it more than useful .

WS details
We did some fast and slow movements and combinations based on FCBD format with a bit of Asian spice (mudras - position of hands). I also acquired better level of understanding the technique of eights, shimmies and snake arms. If you have a chance to go to Cologne or Berlin to attend Rachel's WS, you will not regret - but previous experience with tribal style is required :-)

I admire Tribal fusion, also for their stressing of the slow moves. But it's not what I want to learn first of all.
