The Aztec dancers of Grupo Mitotilitzli will open the evening with their traditional dances. Awesome costumes, heart-pounding drums and feet... these performances are amazing! Then Tuatha, an excellent Ft. Collins band with many ties to our community, will take the stage with their blend of world groove, tribal fusion and trance-dance music. Let's dance out the dark! You can visit their website www.tuatha.net to preview their music. Interspersed throughout the evening there will be small but significant helpings of ritual for the Solstice season. Join if you please, as we bid farewell to that which is passing away and set our intentions for the coming year. Community dance and energy raising will be facilitated by Sára Rain. This celebration is open to all ages and all faiths. Food brought to share is very welcome; there's a cash bar just off the dance floor. Tickets are $13 and can be found in advance at: Isis Metaphysical Books, 5701 E. Colfax, Denver - $, ck Spirit Ways, 3301 E. Colfax, Denver - $, ck, cc Spirit Wise, 6950 S.
