I had my first experience being fully suspended at the peer rope bondage workshop and it was such an intense and amazing feeling! (Thanks Rae for hosting and good luck in the PNW!) I really loved it but I think because of my nervousness I wasn't able to fully let go & enjoy the experience. Now that I have a sense of what to expect, I know that I will be able to relax more next time. I am excited & can't wait to try it again! :-)

I did some simple meditation exercises, stretching, focused on my partner in order to get grounded before we began. I was curious to hear about what types of exercises (physical/mental) do others do before a scene?

anyone out there know of a good place to find some very nice quality, fetish style boots in SF or the East Bay? a place that would have a variety of styles to try on would be great!

I'm not exactly sure what style I want but am looking for ones that at least come up to my knees (or taller) & have very high heels.
